It’s that time of year again, you know when the order you placed to help your daughter/neighbor/complete stranger that knocked on your door, of Girl Scout cookies arrives. It seems like every year we get talked into buying several boxes to support a friend’s child, and then learn someone else we know needs some help selling cookies….and we order again. Since Cookie Monster doesn’t live here, when we have more than 2 boxes of any variety, its time to start thinking “outside the box” and get creative.
