{Sneak Peek} Monsters University, a Learning Experience

Disney‘s Pixar’s monsters are back and so is Billy Crystal! Both Billy Crystal and John Goodman return in Monsters University, the prequel, as the wise-cracking Mike Wazowski and lovable Sulley. This time around Disney Pixar will give us the back story on how monsters become scary and how Mike and Sulley became best buds.

“Billy Crystal’s an amazing comedic actor,” remarked Dan Scanlon, Director, Disney•Pixar’s Monsters University. “He gave us so much fun material, we decided to cut four slightly different versions of the trailer. We are so happy to have him back as Mike!”

Take a look at the four trailers to get a sneak peek of what goes on when monsters go to college and let us know which one is your favorite! Sulley talks in his sleep and has four different dreams, one with a pony, another where his homework ate his dog, one about becoming class president and another where he’s not wearing any clothes.

Mike Wazowski and James P. Sullivan are like two peas in a pod but that wasn’t always the case. When they first met, they were enemies always looking for a laugh at the other’s expense. “Monsters University” is the story of how Mike and Sulley conquered their differences and became the best of friends.

Monsters, Inc., was originally released on November 2, 2001, and received four Oscar nominations: Best Animated Feature Film, Best Original Score, Best Sound Editing and Best Original Song—“If I Didn’t Have You,”. It won an Oscar for Best Original Song. Packed with loads of laughter and fun, “Monsters University” is directed by Dan Scanlon (“Cars,” “Mater and the Ghostlight,” “Tracy”) and produced by Kori Rae (“Up,” “The Incredibles,” “Monsters, Inc.”). The film arrives in U.S. theaters on June 21, 2013, and will be shown in Disney Digital 3D™ in select theaters.
