If you’ve ever experienced the excruciating pain of an infected tooth, you know how painful and consuming it can be. You also know oral disease and tooth decay can be treated and prevented. As an adult and especially as a parent, I don’t want any child to have to experience the unbearable pain of an abscessed tooth or gum disease.
Tooth decay starts early and is the #1 chronic childhood disease. Children suffering from oral disease often experience pain so severe it interferes with their ability to eat, sleep and learn. The rate of severe tooth decay in children is on the rise but it can be treated, cured and altogether prevented with the right tools and proper oral hygiene.
America’s ToothFairy® has taken the mythical fairy children dream about and made her into a real superhero by helping over 600,000 children every year ! The NCOHF, provides preventative, restorative and educational oral health resources to underserved children in vulnerable populations. America’s ToothFairy®’s mission is to eliminate pediatric oral disease and promote overall health and well-being for millions of children through education and treatment.
But even superheroes need help, so The National Children’s Oral Health Foundation is asking for your help in the fight against tooth decay. How can you help make the Tooth Fairy more powerful? Join the America’s ToothFairy Kids Club by making a donation to the NCOHF and your $10 donation will help make a difference in a child’s smile and their well being! While donations are not required to join, $10 goes a long way to helping another child and is greatly appreciated.
As you make a difference in another child’s life, your child will receive personalized letters from the Tooth Fairy along with quarterly fun educational activities.
