Its that time of year again (cold and flu season). I don’t want to talk or think about because I don’t want to catch anything. The weather has gone from cold to hot and back to cold and wait it’s changed again. People are fighting colds, sinus infections and trying to avoid the flu. And if that wasn’t enough to keep you busy there’s also the stress of the holidays, increased traffic, and depending on where you live numerous other issues. Does your city have major traffic issues, overcrowded parks, need more sidewalks?
Advil® wants to help you breathe easier this cold and flu season, by solving both your sinus congestion as well as resolving congestion in your community with the Advil® Congestion Relief Project. The Advil® Congestion Relief Project is making a difference throughout communities nationwide to provide the right relief for real problems addressing a wide range of problems from schools in need of supplies to congested traffic lanes and more. They are searching for additional communities in need of relief. What problems need relief where you live?
The cold and flu brand is putting a twist on its tagline – “The Right Relief for the Real Problem,” and providing literal relief in congested places across the US. During their first project, The Advil® Congestion Relief Project unveiled a new library at P.S. 130 in the Bronx. Yankees’ popular left fielder Brett Gardner helped unveil the new library which provides improved access to books and laptops. And in Chicago where the city ranks #1 in the country for traffic congestion, Advil® Congestion Relief donated snow removal equipment specifically for the newly-established protected bicycle lanes to help reduce congestion this winter.
