Spinach Stuffed Squash

Were you as completely sucked in to reading The Help as I was? It is hard to find the time to sit down with a book these days, but after about ten pages of reading The Help I was enthralled and I made time (at the expense of my children and home!).  When the movie came out and I saw that Emma Stone had been cast as Skeeter, I knew it would be amazing!

In honor of upcoming release of The Help on December 6th (on Blu-Ray and DVD), we have several delicious southern inspired recipes created by THE HELP food stylist Lee Ann Fleming for you to enjoy!
