The Final Muppets Parody Trailer
If you’ve been sitting on the edge of your seat waiting for November 23rd, then you need to check out the The Final Muppets Parody Trailer (they promise).

Unlike the previous parodies where they’ve focused on one film, this one tackles “Paranormal Activity 3”, “Puss In Boots”,”Happy Feet” and “Breaking Dawn.” And we learn that Pepe the puppet is supposed to be a prawn, who knew?

They even parody their own first parody trailer. (who does that?)

“This now completes the parody portion of our advertising.” Clever, hilarious and entertaining these parodies have everyone talking about the upcoming release of The Muppets. From the looks of the parodies this is going to be the best Muppets movie ever!

“It’s funny, upbeat and full of laughs for everyone…frogs, pigs, bears…even people,” says Kermit. “For new fans, it’s a chance to see the Muppets in action on the big screen. And for old fans it’s a chance to get together with old friends…and get a little crazy together.”

The cast, which includes Kermit the Frog (“The Muppet Movie,” TV’s “The Muppet Show”), Miss Piggy (“The Muppet Christmas Carol”), Segel (“Forgetting Sarah Marshall,” “Bad Teacher”), three-time Academy Award® nominee Adams (“The Fighter,” “Doubt”), Fozzie Bear (“The Muppets Take Manhattan”), Gonzo (“The Great Muppet Caper”), Walter and Academy Award winner Cooper (“The Town,” “Adaptation.”), also features Rashida Jones (“Parks and Recreation,” “The Social Network”).

I’m so excited to take my children to see the movie this November. It’s really great when a classic from your childhood is brought back to life and can be shared with your children.

Excited about The Muppets, too? Check out the Muppets Store on Amazon where you find everything from collectibles, books, plush games, apparel, costumes, watches and movies.

Earlier trailers included parodies of  “The Hangover”, “The Green Lantern“, and “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.”  My favorite was the “Being Green” parody of “The Green Lantern.”  Which one is your favorite?

Rated PG by the MPAA, Disney’s “The Muppets” hits the big screen Nov. 23, 2011. Stay tuned for more Muppets fun on Facebook.
