I love having eggs for breakfast! They contain protein and are a great way to get going in the morning. One of the best things about eggs is that you can prepare them in all different ways with all kinds of ingredients. This recipe is one that I came up with fairly recently, and it is something that I have eaten and enjoyed quite a few times since.
For anyone using Weight Watchers’ PointsPlus program, this meal is only 7 points!

Yum – I’m totally making these this weekend!
