Even though we are on a tight budget for the house remodel, I wanted to be sure to stick with quality, trusted brands for the major purchases like appliances and fixtures. That being said, it was pretty easy for me to pick out our new bathroom faucet because I knew I wanted it to be from Moen.

As we come to a close on the structural components of the house, I’m getting giddy to be able to finally install this beauty in the bathroom. I’ve found a really cute old 1920’s wash stand from a nearby antique store.

We plan on sanding this down, re-painting it and adding a granite or marble surface to place a vessel sink. The wall mounted Moen faucet will definitely give our bathroom vanity the final touch, making our bathroom a highlight of our little beach cottage.

As you can see, we are not quite ready to install the faucet, but it’s pretty darn close! You can see the copper plumbing is already ready and waiting for the faucet and we are moving on to drywalling.
